Booking Terms

These terms apply to booking requests submitted through the form on www.narochestate.by, as well as via WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, or by phone.

On the Booking page, select your check-in and check-out dates and provide a contact phone number (email is optional; name is optional).

Please note: submitting the form is a booking request, not a confirmed reservation. Once we receive it, a member of the NAROCH ESTATE team will contact you to confirm your dates and further details. A booking is considered confirmed only once our team has personally confirmed it to you.

The residence accommodates up to 16 guests at a time.

The minimum booking length is 1 night. The exact minimum stay for specific dates is confirmed individually by our team.

NAROCH ESTATE is a private residence, so we ask guests to treat the house, grounds and property with care. Detailed house rules and guidelines for using the residence's facilities are provided to guests at the time of booking.

The guest is responsible for the condition of the residence and grounds during the stay, and will cover the cost of any damage caused by them or by members of their party.

To change the dates of an already confirmed booking, please contact us directly using the details below — whether a change is possible, and on what terms, is confirmed individually depending on the residence's availability.

Neither party is liable for failing to meet its obligations where this results from force majeure — extraordinary circumstances that neither party could have foreseen or prevented.
